A network of 700 repair shops, distributed nationwide, operates under the administration of JM Service, participating in the activities of product repair, reverse logistics and sale of parts and accessories. The management includes the opening and closing of repair shop, monitoring of repairs, technical and commercial support, and routine visit to the repair shop located at the poles São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
